This year we have taken the plunge to upgrade the swimming pool after far too long. It is almost ready and we have a brand new liner and frieze and have made the transition to a salt based pool. Now just have to wait for it to fill up. In the end we went with a grey liner which will create a slighter darker blue , and we brought 5 new sun loungers to match the colour and a new shade sail.
Re-planted the vegetable garden with some courgettes, basil, Swiss chard, lettuce and French beans.
We also have sown a kilo of wild flowers around the edge of the garden. We did this last year and worked really well.
We pollarded the lime trees in the courtyard, which look better than they did in February, but still need to grow a bit to get rid of the pollard look.
We have added in air conditioning to the rooms in the pigeonnier and lastly we painted the front of the house.
